夏天高温、闷热、潮湿，很多人都没有胃口，经常喝点汤汤水水，不但能够及时补水，温润的汤汁更能滋补肠胃，让人不再对着好吃的却没胃口。
今天分享的这道鸡汤，简单省事，还没出锅就已经满屋飘香，忍不住让人流口水。鸡腿煲到能脱骨，肉嫩多汁；鸡汤鲜美，因为放了胡萝卜，所以还有一股清甜味，不放盐，咕咚咕咚喝了一大碗，鸡肉也啃了好几块。
“洋鸡”不适合煲这道汤，肉嫩却无味，最好选那种“走地鸡”，也就是撒着养的鸡，因为运动量大，鸡肉纤维更加突出，肉味也更浓。
—【胡萝卜鸡汤】—
【材料】 小土鸡1只（约800克），胡萝卜1根，姜3片，葱白1段，香葱末少许，热水1锅
【制作】
1. 一斤多重的小土鸡清洗干净；
2. 剁成大块；
3. 胡萝卜削皮切大块，葱切段，姜切片；
4. 鸡肉焯水，用温水洗掉浮沫，倒入炖锅中；
5. 倒适量热水，放葱段、姜片；大火煮沸后转小火慢炖；
6. 鸡肉煮到8分熟，倒入胡萝卜，慢炖20分钟；
7. 起锅撒香葱末，盐可放可不放，根据自己的口味酌情添加。
【私房话】
1. 用养生壶、电炖锅煲鸡汤，要把鸡肉炖水后再用，这样才能使鸡肉表面干净，鸡汤清澈；如果是直接放锅里煮，待浮沫涌出时，要及时撇沫；
2. 胡萝卜还可以换成山药、芋头等，百吃不厌。
